Terms and Conditions:

• Use of this program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
• When you sign up you will receive our newsletter and promotional materials, events and announcements.  We will not give out or use your email in any other way.
• IF YOU CHOOSE TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM OUR UPDATES YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM ALL WAGSHAL'S ANNOUNCEMENTS, EVENTS AND PROGRAMS.
• UPON REMOVAL YOUR LOYALTY REWARD ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED.
• We cannot combine member balances or accounts. 
• Loyalty reward members must be present to give or redeem rewards. 
• Unless prohibited by law, the loyalty reward balance is not redeemable for cash. 
• Wagshal's is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the program. 
• Redeeming your loyalty reward balance must be in increments of 5 dollars.  You may not redeem more than $20.00 (2000 points) at a time every 24 hours from any Wagshal's location (blackout days apply).  
• You may not redeem points on sale or promotional items.

The loyalty reward member must present a valid ID at the time of redemption.

Members may not redeem loyalty points during the following blackout dates: 

• New Years - the 2 days before and the day of
• Passover - 2 days before and the first day
• Easter - Friday and Saturday before and Easter day
• Rosh Hashanah - the Sunday before to the day of 
• Yom Kippur - the day before, the day of and the 2 days after
• Thanksgiving - 3 days before Thanksgiving
• Christmas – 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of December

Wagshal's reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty reward program without notice.
